I feel like I won the lottery!

But, the prize wasn't money...it was an H1N1 (swine flu) vaccination for my 4-year-old son, Brady! Parents have been scrambling around from clinic to clinic, only to be turned away because they've run out...but, now it seems like more area schools & pediatricians are getting some stock of them! He was the 2nd one to get the shot yesterday, because I had been regularly checking in with his dr.'s office & called on the day they came in & put him right on the list! I was elated...kind of like how I think I would feel if I won the lottery! I was really worried about him getting it...and giving it to Bailey, who can't even get vaccinated for another month...she's only 5 months, and needs to be 6 months! Even though he got the shot yesterday (he has to go back for part 2 in a month), we're still washing our hands constantly...this swine stuff is scary!
