"Mom, it's spicey!"

Summer's here...love it! John's dad has a pool, so we'll be over there as much as we can to swim & bbq...fun! John took Brady to get his haircut on Saturday morning, and he came back with a summer 'do! He looks so cute with his almost buzzcut...the back is sort of shaved, although it's still longer on top. You know how when you feel a buzz cut, it feels kinda spikey (for lack of a better word)? Well, that's what John was telling Brady...that his hair was "spikey" in the back. He thought that was so cool...but, when he was telling people he would say, "Feel my hair, it's so "spicey!" OMG...I laughed so hard! We tried to correct him, but he wasn't havin' it...his hair was spicey, and he loved it! Gotta love kids...he comes up with the funniest things these days! He told me he wanted to go to Nana's (John's mom) to watch "Shrek" yesterday...when she came over I asked him if he still wanted to go to Nana's to see the movie, and he said, "Nah, that was just a story from a book that I wanted to go!" What? LOL!
