My Crazy Morning!

What a morning! I pulled up my bedroom shade after the alarm went off this morning and I gasped! There was a ton of snow out there! John got up with me to get the driveway clear, and I thought we were good...the snowblower was cutting right through it, like a hot knife through butter! Off I went, confident that it wasn't going to be that bad to get to PST, when I saw up ahead a WALL of snow...at least 5 ft high! UGH! The plows are great, but, now one has plowed me into my neighborhood! I figured I had to try to just barrel through it, so I tried, and it didn't work! STUCK! I tried to reverse out of it...no luck! I could see John down the street watching to see if I'd make it, and when he saw that I didn't, he came running with shovels in hand. He's such a good guy! He got the car backed up but it would have taken us hours to get me through that wall of snow! So, after thinking about it, I tried other exits from the neighborhood and finally found one that was semi-clear. Crazy! I have a big SUV with 4-wheel drive, but it wasn't getting me through the snow that was almost up to my windshield!
